Stood me up and wasted my time

I made an appointment with her on the phone to meet 1530. 20 min before she canceled and agreed to meet at 18. At 18 I stood on the address and she did not answer my call or messages. An hour later she replied and apologized. We agreed on 2230 and she promised to be ready at that time. When the time came the same thing happened. She did not answer my call or messages. She left me waiting in the cold.

Did she live up to your expectations?

Not at all. Based on her reviews I thought she would be much more professional and service minded.
