She did not deliver

Sent me a couple videos and we arranged to meet the next week. Gave her £80 deposit.
She then said she had to move the date until the week after. Tried to phone her on several occasions over a few days, her phone just rung out. I then rang her off different number, she finally answered and told my me my deposit had expired. Theft, plain and simple.
